Diptychs Depicting the Dichotomy of American Society
the meaning of this word confuses me slightly...& how to pronounce it!! but i think i have managed to grasp it & id like to incorporate it into my themes of identity

he photographed contrasting scenes for example a comparision with a church goer and a white surpremisit, a pedophile and a child
i like the contradictory themes and images. i feel i can incorporate this into my own work, i want to look into these themes:
expectations vs realtiy
self branding vs actuality
and focus on the pseudo identity which people portray themselves as
nuns vs prosititutes
gang member vs mafioso
homeless vs real estate developer
